Our Favorite Smoothie
We love beginning every morning with this super easy smoothie. It only takes five minutes to make and infuses your body with vitamins, minerals, superfoods, and tons of fiber, resulting in a burst of energy. This smoothie only takes about 20-30 minutes for your body to digest, so a "second breakfast" is often in order depending on how hungry you get in the morning. Some "second breakfast" pairs may include avo toast, overnight oats, granola/yogurt, an hour later, though personally I often am full enough waiting until lunch to eat again.
Note: This recipe is FLEXIBLE. We change it up slightly every day depending on what's in the fridge and what we're in the mood for.

Recipe & Process
1-2 Bananas (1 per person)
Yogurt/Milk - any type
*There are many options for this. We alternate between 4 different ones with different healing/detox ingredients including moringa, nettle leaf, etc. Make sure to always buy organic here and a trusted brand.
Blend everything together until creamy and enjoy.
Once you start beginning your days with this smoothie, you won't go back. In fact, the idea of putting anything else into your body first thing will seem very strange.
